Is the portal app-only, or am I able to use a desktop or view it from a different app?
To use our V4 and V3S cameras, it is necessary to download our application onto your smartphone or tablet. Please note that a desktop version of the application is currently unavailable. Do I have to manually activate the SIM card that came with the V4 4G camera?
The SIM card accompanying your 4G camera has been pre-activated and includes 100 MB of complimentary data to facilitate the initial setup of your device. Please note that the complimentary data will expire after 7 days from the time of insertion into your camera.
