Best camera I have seen and bought so far, have to see it and use it to really appreciate it, feel sturdy, good quality videos, work as security camera should work like. I have no issues with it yet.

After testing for 4 weeks now.. 1. Packaging is great, clean and delivery is very fast, we got ours within 2 days which is great and they do have the expedited version available. 2. Their customer service is reallllly good, literally just call and someone is there to help, or email and they reply numerous times a day. It's been very nice while doing all my testing. 3. Dual 4K lens is clear and good, the automatic feature is in 1080p, so you do have to click to enter 4k mode. It is very clear and night color vision is also great. 4. The optical zoom is incredible, their photos that they advertise looks unreal but it actually is true.. Personally and I think for most, it's unnecessary to zoom in that far, but hey the feature is available and it is very clear. 5. Solar panel and battery charges very well, the first day we tested for hours and the battery got down to 20%. The next day near 1pm, it was already back up to 100%, but yes we do get strong sun. Since then, we've been averaging 80-100% in battery and we get about 20 events of like 20 seconds each per day. 6. The connection is very good, we haven't had any issues whatsoever, especially for rural areas, other cameras do face quite an issue but it was unnoticeable with this camera, I saw they also offer extended antennas but we didn't need them during this testing. 7. Overall this camera is definitely pricier than the other brands we've tested, but honestly.. it is worth the price if you can afford it. We rate it 9.5/10, only thing that could have been improved is the app interface which they mentioned they're working on already so I'm looking forward to it. Again, very collaborative company!!

Awesome camera wanted something that was a little more affordable for keeping an eye on cows while not home and this is great. Took a like extra time as it only work on 4g or less so had to get our internet provider to open another network and as I have an old phone took a little extra to connect camera to network but luv the camera.

I don't usually leave reviews but this camera impressed me. I'm an old mechanic, not a tech guy but even I got it working without calling my son. The video looks better than the ones we had at the shop. Mounted it to my back shed and hasn't needed any charging or attention since. It just does its job quietly like things should.

At first.. we weren't pleased with a new app release and we weren't use to the way things were set-up. But after a few hours, once we understood where the recordings were, everything else was easy to find. You guys truly have an amazing customer service too so props on that. The product is great, it has everything and more for what we would need. We love high-end, latest tech things and this thing definitely did that for us. We use to be a big fan of Arlo but had too many issues with them. Thank you for the good product and keep up the customer service.

Camera is awesome!!! We are purchasing a few more for some of our construction sites. I love that they're easy to set-up and can start using immediately after. We got the 4G model and we just go to the link they provide, we activate, it's $15/month which is the same price we get it for from Verizon currently for the data. I actually love that each SIM card comes with some data for free already so we got to test it all for one day before fully committing. Greata quality, night vision is awesome, motion detection is good, zoom is great, and we monitor 2 areas per camera, one far and one close-up. Exactly what we needed for our sites

Upon receiving the package, immediately noticed that wow, it's a bit bigger than the usual size camera box. Everything is properly placed in the box and there is a pretty nice written guide included along with all the necessary tools. I didn't have to get or buy anything extra. Well, I did purchase their SD memory card after purchasing the camera, and that came in handy for memory. The camera works very well, I was surprised at just how fast the motion tracking is, it is not only fast at moving but pretty accurate at following my face. I also checked the sound, it's nice and clear. The image quality is definitely very good and the 10x optical zoom was mind blowing, I don't think it is necessary for my use to zoom in that far of a distance but it's a nice feature to have in case I need to see something far. Overall, great working camera, does everything that I need it to. I just need to get use to the app software a bit, but it's not bad at all, I set my preferred settings and all I need to know now is where to see my footages. They have an area where you can select date and see all kinds of different activity per day and you can download easily each footage. I'm happy with the S4 camera, great upgrade!

How to instructions would be beneficial. Just the fact that you can tap on a spot on the top image and then the bottom image will rotate to that spot. That's very helpful. After that you can zoom in and what you want to see. Just quick tutelage would be appreciated.

We have had several break ins at my parent’s farm house. I bought your product to be my watch dog and it has been awesome. It hasn’t missed a beat operating in sub zero weather. The zoom capability is amazing. I can rotate the camera and zoom in on objects anytime I need to. I bought the cellular system and it works good, but has a little delay due to poor cell signal in the area. I need to purchase the booster that you sell. I have and will continue to recommend this surveillance system to everyone. My biggest concern was battery life in the cold weather, but that is not an issue at all. In fact, I have never seen it move off 100% charge. I will be buying a couple more in the future to protect other investments.

Camera was purchased to monitor incoming vehicles and drive activity. Unfortunately after long interactions with customer service, it is not designed for that purpose. It is designed more for human activity. The functionality of the camera is quite good but not easy to navigate, camera only comes with most basic instructions, but again the customer support is very good and they were able to walk me through many of the features. I am keeping the camera as they have promised a software upgrade they will send along to help with vehicle motion detection in the near future.

I purchased the 3 camera package. I do really like the functionality of the cameras. Where my problem exist is I have one camera where the zoom will not focus. Spoke with one of their reps who tried to take me through the corrective steps to fix and was unable to. Gave me the ol “our technical staff will look into this”….. no answer back? Called again, they are still working on a resolve? Another week, still no answer but did send an email that they were sending a replacement unit. Two weeks later, still no camera? Emailed them, response was “Hi Darren, Allow us to check and inform you shortly. If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Ren R. Premium Invention Customer Support www.premiuminvention.com Still not a good answer! That was two days ago. This has been going since end of June. Why is it so hard to take care of this issue, just send another camera and have the one that it is not working returned? I have two other companies that I use similar game cameras with and if there is an issue, I have a new camera within a week and a paid return box to send back the broken camera. Paying monthly service for this camera while it awaits slow customer service to rectify the situation is wearing on my patience! They need to work on their efficiency in response and resolution of their customers.

The 24/7 recording has to be wired in otherwise it drains too much battery, but it is still active 24/7 ready for motion detection, not exactly what we were looking for, but it's working well so far, so we're happy with it

This camera is amazing. It does everything you’d want to do in the middle of nowhere. The lag is very minimal considering the capabilities of what it’s doing. The tracking works wonderful and the sound picks up from a long distance away.

Only disadvantage of this camera is when you have it. Placed up very high upon your building. It really does not capture a person Image. It is not at all clear of aperson presence in view. You really cannot make a person image out with this camera. Other than that, all the other features on. There are. Good.I would prefer everything to be excellent for the money that I pay for it. But I didn't get what I expected.

I was looking for a system that I could rely on. To keep an eye out on our retirement property we purchased about a year ago, to be able to remotely monitor from 1200 miles away, that would be reliable, self sustaining, I.e., it is in a remote area without Wi-Fi or power at this point. So far it has exceeded my expectations by a factor of 10! The solar battery has maintained a 100% charge since installing it late January this year. The cellular signal strength has been reliable to view data from the cloud or SD card flawlessly! And as for their customer support to help me through rookie mistakes, well, WOW! Support had been remarkable, something you can rarely say these days! I spent a number of years in CS, so I know good support when I get it!! 10 star service and a solid product!
